Hi everyone! I have a spacious primary bedroom available July 16th in my 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located right across the street from both Caltech and PCC. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, plus a large closet. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, free parking in the secured underground garage, a well-sized kitchen with a generous amount of cabinet space, and two balconies—one attached to the living room and another to the kitchen. Pets are welcome (the cat in the picture is my roommate’s). The location is fantastic, about as close to Caltech and PCC as you can get without living on campus, and only 1.8 miles away from the heart of Old Town. Super safe area and just a 15-minute walk from The Shops on Lake Ave, including Trader Joe’s, Cava, Erewhon, Planet Fitness, coffee shops, and more.

Regarding the rental details, it’s a month-to-month agreement with flexible move-in dates. Prorated rent is available if you don’t move in on the 1st of the month. The price of the room is $1,470/mon + utilities (average is ~$100/mon per person). The unit is rent-controlled by the city, and the next rent increase is at earliest July 1, 2025 (the current listing price reflects the July 1, 2024 increase). There’s a $1,000 security deposit, and the application covers employment history, credit check, and savings.

A little bit about me:
I'm 23 and I work as a Project Manager in Old Town Pasadena. When I'm not working, I am working out, cooking, practicing archery, playing music (happy to be accommodating if noise is a concern for you), and hanging out with friends.

Who I'm looking for:
I'm looking for a chill, clean, and respectful roommate in their early-mid twenties who is looking to rent at least until the end of the year.
