There are 2 other bedrooms, both on the same floor. This is a 3 level townhouse. The bedrooms are on the top level. The beautiful and contemporary kitchen, dining, and living rooms are on the 2nd floor and are to be shared. The garage and front door are on the ground level as well as a bonus room which is not for common use.
Bathroom to be shared with one male, early 30s and very kind, tidy, mature, and personable. You have a direct and private entrance to the bathroom from your bedroom - it's considered a "hollywood" bathroom.
Prefer 2-3 months but will consider longer. Background and credit checks required as well as proof of income.
I am a talent agent who travels a lot and spends lots of time away. I own the house.
