Located less than 5 minutes away from the 405North, 405South, and 91East freeways! Walking distance to a local liquor store, Chevron, donut shop, Smart and Final and wingstop. Also 5 minutes away from El Camino College, 2 Starbucks locations, tons of fast food restaurants, Sprouts, and the Galleria mall. Hermosa beach is also a short 12-15 minute drive down artesia blvd.

We do have a Maltese Shih tzi living with us, so we will not be considering having any other pets live in the house, sorry!
