We have two rooms available in our beautiful 6 bed, 3 bath Manhattan Beach home. Current housemates are co-ed professionals in their late 20s-30s.
This is a corner home in a quiet residential neighborhood with ample parking, in-home laundry, dishwasher, a private backyard with covered patio, and a large detached garage area with plenty of additional storage for bikes, surfboards, and hobbies galore.
Landlords cover monthly yard care. Tenants split all other utilities (gas, water, trash, electric, wifi). Utilities are typically less than $100pp/month, plus an additional $20-$40 per month for monthly professional cleaning of bathrooms/common areas.
