MALE HOUSEMATE NEEDED:
One private bedroom will be available in this spacious South Bay townhouse starting August 1st, 2024. The house will be shared by 3 people total. You will share a double sink bathroom with one other person. Me and the other tenant are both 28 year old males. Both young professionals in the South Bay who work hybrid work schedules. Very chill and laid back. We keep the house clean and organized.
The price of the room is $1100/month not including utilities. Utilities usually come out to about an extra ~$100-130 per month. We are on a month to month lease, but looking for someone to move in long term (at least 6 months).
The area is extremely chill, located very close to LAX and the 405 freeway. ~15 minute drive to Hermosa beach and Del Amo mall in Torrance. There is a two car garage along with an extra spot for a third car adjacent to the garage. Washer and dryer installed.
