Home Description:
Private, contemporary 2018 construction townhome located in Beverlywood neighborhood. This stunning 4,000 sq ft home encompasses three stories, including five bedrooms, five bathrooms, high ceilings, built in sound system and a large rooftop deck. The common spaces are all furnished, but we are open to incorporating fresh design elements.

Designed with attention to detail and ample living space, the first floor has a spacious open floor plan, with high ceilings and custom lighting, a large designer kitchen with a massive black stone island and walk-in pantry that flows into the dining and living room area complete with a dining table and spacious couch / TV sitting area. There are floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open into the backyard with a private hot tub and seating area. There is also a guest bathroom and single car garage space converted into a makeshift gym on the first floor.

The second floor includes four bedrooms (master - occupied, single - available, jack and jill - 2 bedrooms available with shared bath) and a shared walk-in laundry room with a sink, washer and dryer, and storage cabinets. The floor is complete with an open lounge community space with floor seating, a movie projector, and high vibes. This room is called ‘The Portal’.

The third floor encompasses a secondary ensuite master (occupied), semi-private office/den (part of third floor master), and a sizable shared rooftop deck with a built-in barbecue and seating area.

About your roomates:
Nick and LaChane are the current residents. They both love to host and create a community-oriented space. They believe in maintaining a warm, welcoming environment while respecting appropriate communication and boundaries. Nick and LaChane are hybrid workers (venture capital & brand marketing), but primarily work from home. They are both comfortable with having guests over and frequently have overnight guests, making the house lively and full of positive energy.

Nick and LaChane are clean and keep the house straightened, but they are not overly maniacal about cleanliness. They focus on taking care of personal belongings and maintaining the shared spaces with a conscious effort to respect everyone’s needs. It’s important to them that everyone is considerate and takes care of the community, even if things aren’t perfect all the time.

Nick and LaChane lead active lifestyles, love to travel and go dancing, and are tapped into a variety of diverse communities. They frequently hang out together and often share meals - but it’s not a requirement that we are all best friends and do everything together.
