Hi, we are two chill professionals, non smokers, clean and work during normal business hours. He is a rocker guy/electrician and I am a Program Manager at a drug rehab, we are close to Griffith Park so I go hiking regularly. We both have stable jobs, pay bills on time and mostly keep to ourselves. The room is currently occupied but will come unfurnished, bathroom is shared with him. Rent includes WiFi, YouTube TV, electric, gas, water, trash pick up, parking spot, pest control, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dryer sheets, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and cleaning products. *****Washer and dryer in the unit. We are near the 5, 2, 134, and 110 freeways. Looking for someone who keeps normal hours, cleans up after themselves, and pays rent on time. You don’t have to be sober but please no hard core partying or smoking in the apartment. One small loving doggie 🐶🐶 stays here. Deposit is same as rent, ideally we would like a 6 month lease.
