Looking to Fill Room DTLA

looking for a roommate. DTLA, two bedroom apartment, $1500 rent + utilities (parking is extra in gated garage if needed). just making a note that i'm trans and have been out for a few years, doesn't really impact anything with living situation but if you are against it please do not apply.

private room (can be furnished or can remove furniture), private bathroom, balcony patio attached to room (have a patio set that just needs to be built that you can use), island kitchen, furnished living room. building includes a gym with dance/yoga studio, pool, hot tub, 24/7 concierge/security, free yoga on saturdays, weekly rotating food trucks, less than 3 min drive to highway and more miscellaneous items. multiple gyms, coffee shops, etc. within walking distance. lease lasts until january, looking for someone to fill for the remainder.

no deposit due at move in, just rent. need to pass credit and background check via the building.

i work in dance music and make music, work from home. typically up around 7:30-8am during work days. spend weekends out. don't drink much, don't care if you do just not looking to have the apartment be a "party" house.
