HI! Hope to find a great person here (probably female, see below) to move in, July 15 or August 1st. If you are like me, you would probably rather not have an apartment-mate at all. Though, if you are like me, you still want a great home, an amazing standard of living, and great quality of life near the ocean, yet super close to the airport and freeways. And affordable! And know that the right roommate could be great actually. I have the place! But I need to rent out the other bedroom (and your own full bathroom shower tub toilet, all brand new) because it’s just outside of my comfortable reach to do the whole place myself. 1,500 plus less than 100 in utilities.

Plenty of room in your room for King or Queen, plus desk, and dresser and TV, etc. Not huge but nice size. The pic with bed is mine, but your is about the same and same high ceiling, closet. It's bigger than the pictures look. Plenty of room for a desk, (you just can't see mine in the pic). If I'm watching TV or listening to Music, its mostly with head phones and mostly in my bedroom. Very quiet if you need, or we can turn up the volume sometimes!

BIG place. Top floor of 3. Crazy great views for miles!! Luxury building. New elevator. Whole buidling re-done n this last 6 months. I just moved into this redone apartment from across the hall. Fireplace!!, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, Washer/Dryer in apartment/unit!

Luxury Apt just FULLY remodeled two months ago Jan 2022. Everything is brand new. Fixture’s, bathrooms, Hard wood floors, stainless steel Fridge and stove, etc. All new. THREE balconies. Over 1200 sq ft. HIGH 12-16 ft ceilings in every room. Skylights in Kitchen and in both full bathrooms. Two full separate bathrooms, each with tub, shower, toilet, etc. Good closets. Great landlord that fixes anything quick. Sublease is with me though you will have to do a background check with the building. 6 month lease and then we can resign for another round (s), etc.

YOUR OWN PARKING SPOT in a gated lot with remote control entry under building. NOT tandem. Your own spot. Come and go as you like and elevator right to feet away from the front door to the apt.
• 15 min Drive to LAX (in rush hour! 20 max)
• 12 min easy Beach cruiser bike ride to the Venice Pier.
• 5 min bike ride to Ballona Creek/LA river bike paths that go into LA and south down the ocean to Redondo.
• 5 min drive 10 min bike ride to Playa Vista and Silicon Beach
• Literally the intersection of Marina Del Rey/East Venice/ and to the right lower Culver city/Mar Vista.

Ideal roommate is female. I say, because I just think I’m at a point of my life, where sharing a space with a guy is just not my thing. (Sorry). Honestly looking for either a cool lady that would make a good, nice roomie, or maybe you aren’t that cool, but quiet. late 20, 30’s, 40’s. For any females, please know I’m super normal (references avail). I say this is all just because I know who I get along with. For instance, any of my female co-workers? I’d live with any of them, before any of my male co-workers. Know what I mean?

About me - My mother is an attorney, my sisters all have graduate degrees, (one has her Masters in social policy). Midwest family. I come from good stock (at least they are!) and would be someone you’d be stoked to have as a roomie. Safe. Happy to share my perfectly clean background check.
You’d have to be relatively normal too and have social media and have friends and family, that kind of thing. I’ll share my LinkedIn, IG and FB with you so you could check me out to. (Maybe not right away, no weirdness, but after we connect). No ghosts moving in that have no paper trail - or any of those accounts. Must have a job that can be confirmed or school, etc.

I’m neat and clean. Looking for the same. No couch potatoes, though if that’s your thing, just hang in your room then. Big living room w/ two couches and a lounge chair. Plenty of room, just not for camping out or overnight guests. No boyfriend/girlfriend staying over (not more once in a while. Here and there is of course fine). Neither of us are looking for a third/fourth roommate. Stay at their place maybe more? ;) Ideal place for someone in that position.

Have to be 420 friendly. No smoke or bongs around though. My place is not like that. Level of sophistication is needed. I don’t even drink booze anymore, but don’t care if you do. Just note - if you are a big drinker, please don’t reply. Please. No fun if you were drinking heavily every night. (here and there, sure. Knock yourself out once in a while. Literally!). No cigarette smoking either.

From Santa Cruz and then Minneapolis, then lower eastside of NYC, then Brooklyn, then South Beach Miami, now LA! Been there done that. Now I’m late 40’s and over the party. I enjoy being asleep from Midnight til 9am. ;) My work is branding and marketing. Fun creative stuff.

No Trumpers. Free will to vote how you choose, of course! I have friends on both sides. But if you really like that guy, we would not see eye to eye. So maybe we just wouldn't talk about it :)
