👋🏻 Hi everyone! My roommate Aja, her kitty cat Red, and I are searching for a new roommate to move into our home on July 1st. We’re located in Alhambra in a quiet suburban area with DTLA, South Pasadena, and Boyle Heights only 10mins away.

🏡 The available room is the spacious master bedroom of the house, and includes your own private bathroom. There is also an additional space between your bedroom/bathroom that can be used as an office or a walk-in closet.

-Rent is $1,255/mo + utilities (about $100/mo)
-Lease is a 1-year lease commitment
-Deposit: $2,495 (paid to the departing roommate; flexible payment options available)
-Pre-approval by our leasing department is needed with a minimum credit score of 680 and proof of income.

🚗 We have an in-unit washer and dryer, a detached garage for parking and storage, plus ample street parking.

🧘🏼‍♀️The house is spacious, featuring three separate living room areas, one of which is a shared workout space.

🍽️ In the kitchen, we share condiments, appliances, and utensils; you'll have your own refrigerator shelf and a cupboard for dry foods.

You’re roommies are two female professionals. Chrystal works from home and is a social butterfly, and Aja is a shy gal working in an office. We are LGBT-friendly 🌈 enjoy pole dance classes, and love astrology and reading. 📖 The house is quiet except for Red occasionally meowing for affection. 🐱Red is a lovable but anxious boy, and because of this, sadly no other cats are allowed.
