Master Bedroom Available in West Oakland Duplex

Hello. We are a family of 2 working professionals in Tech and 2 elementary school-aged children. We have a lower apartment in our Victorian West Oakland duplex that is lightly furnished, of which, we are currently looking for someone to rent out the master bedroom which is unfurnished. We live in the upper apartment primarily, which means the lower apartment will be mostly yours.

Full disclosure: we are a poly couple, and we occasionally host guests in the downstairs apartment in the secondary bedroom, which is across from the master bedroom. So we are looking for people who are okay with that.

We have 1 super friendly dog. We have no breed restrictions if you have a dog too. They just have to be trustworthy around other dogs and kids.

Utilities will be included except for the internet. You can either share the cost of the internet or pay for your own. If you share the cost, it would be about $45 a month for 1Gbps fiber.

All the shared spaces of the house would essentially be yours to modify and do as you which. We have some furniture, but nothing we have attachments to.
