Hey there! I am looking to fill 2 rooms in my colorful, comfortable home.

The lease renews September 1 but there is possibility to do August 1 via sublease for both rooms.

I've lived here for 3 years and love the space and neighborhood. A main draw is that it’s close to the J, M, and L and G trains (only ~15 minutes to the city!).

There is a W/D in unit, and customizable AC in every room. It’s a quiet and diverse neighborhood with easy walking to prime Williamsburg, Domino park and McCarren park.

The apartment is open concept- great for hosting friends and chilling out. The generous common space gets bathed in light with South-west facing windows. I think the kitchen is the heart of a home, and this one is comfortable to cook in and has plenty of counter space.

Who I am:
Gigi, from New Jersey, working in education. I love rock and roll and vegan cooking. I am easy going and value open communication. 420 friendly and always up for an adventure.

An orange tabby named Mr. Cat also lives here, she loves being fed, catnip, and sitting on laps (she hopes you don't mind.)

You are: Considerate, reliable and social, you enjoy your downtime but are also down to get down on the weekends. You are dedicated to maintaining a clean and comfortable home and maybe even want to be friends :-)
