Large Sunny Room in Park Slope

Hi there. I have a room available starting July 1st, in lovely South Slope, $1500/m plus shared utilities (internet, gas, electric). The room is large (12x16’), and includes an attached side room (6.5x10’), which can be used as a walk-in closet, workspace, or will fit a queen bed (this is what my previous flatmate did). Front-facing with lots of natural light.

The neighborhood is great, very safe, lots of shops & restaurants, a block from the R train, 10 blocks from the F/G, about a 10 min walk to Prospect Park, all that good stuff!

The apartment is a spacious 2br/1ba, in a 2 unit mixed-use building. It is an older building, so it’s not without its imperfections, but I comfortably call it home. Bedrooms are at opposite ends of the house, so plenty of privacy for us both. In addition to the shared living room (which I barely use), there is another room which is currently set up for guests. This is pretty malleable, as I myself don’t really host visitors, so the room can be reimagined a bit as well.

A bit about me: I’m a pretty mellow and respectful person, tidy but not manic about it, and I’d like to think I’m kind and thoughtful, all told. I’m out of the house 4 days per week for work. I value peace & calm in my home, so am seeking someone of a similar mindset. Easy enough, right? Thanks for looking!
