The lease is month-to-month however we prefer someone willing to potentially stay for a year. (notice must be given a month prior & you must replace yourself)

The apartment is across the street from Barclays Center, five min walk to Whole Foods, Target, Stop & Shop, BAM, etc. The N, Q, R, B, D,2,3,4,5 all stop across the street (at Barclays) and the G and C have stops a few blocks away. It is a 15 minute commute into Manhattan.

The bedroom is very small.

It fits a full-sized bed and not much else. It has a window facing a tree-lined, quiet street. It comes with a ceiling fan and AC window unit. There is also a full-sized closet on the floor below. The bedroom will come unfurnished.

The apartment also features in-unit washer/ dryer, a microwave, and a dishwasher! Kitchen is fully stocked, we have many pots & pans.

No pets - Landlady will not make any exceptions.

Included: washer/dryer available to everyone in the upstairs bathroom, heat & hot water

About us:
We're all friendly but keep to ourselves mostly/ are ships passing in the night.
1 roommate is in his mid 20's, works from home 2x a week, pretty quiet. cooks occasionally.
1 roommate (me) in her late 20's, works in office 6 days a week, cooks semi-often, cleans up afterwards.
1 roommate in her early 30's, works from home 2x a week, active, doesn't cook.

Our rules & preferences:
1. no dishes in the sink overnight (we have a dishwasher)
2. quiet between the hours of 1am-8am on the weeknights, no cooking or using the kitchen except to get water during those 7 hours
3. We don't want anyone who brings the party home or will be disruptive to the household. We keep it calm over here
4. We have a chore chart for trash, you'd need to be open to taking it out/ not have us have to remind you after the first month or so
5. No smoking in the apartment or outside on the stoop (weed or cigs, sorry)
6. Should have references + proof of employment, guarantors accepted on a case-by-case basis
7. Would prefer someone 28+ years of age
