2 roommates needed for spacious 3bed apt

Main Floor Living Area

Approved for apt near Chauncey St J/Z station. Rent ~1265 per person (not including utilities). Need 2 roommates. Queen sized bedrooms with closets and room for furniture, in unit laundry, dishwasher. One room in basement with private half bath, two rooms on the main floor where the full bath is. Large living area on each floor! I will be in one of the main floor rooms, as I have a minor disability, but I don't care which one. feel free to ask questions.

One main floor room can hear the subway, the other is a bit smaller, but can't really hear it - I don't mind which of these rooms I'm in. The basement room doesn't have windows, but has a private half bath. Can provide one room with a queen mattress and frame, and provide some common space furniture (though a couch or two is needed) - smart TV, side tables, bookshelf, work desk, printer, air fryer, ice maker

I'm a little messy but do my best to keep common spaces neat and i'm not gross like sanitary wise :) I spend a lot of time doing all sorts of crafts and reading. Starting to look into theatrical tech apprenticeships. I'd really love to be friends with my roommates and hang out.
