Room available in a shared 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in East Williamsburg.

I need a sublet from July 12 until July 31st, though flexible dates.

Central air conditioning, high ceilings (top floor), a fire escape for smokers, a dishwasher, and a Brooklyn rooftop are available for chill activities.

The apartment is on the 4th floor and is a walk-up building. Washer/dryer in the building.

The apartment is off the Graham L stop, making it super convenient to get to Manhattan quickly and to different parts of Brooklyn. Cooper Park is nearby, for those who enjoy summer picnics, runs, or tennis.

You’d be living with my roommate who is super chill and friendly, in her early 30s and works in the art world, at an office (not from home). She speaks English and Arabic.

Looking for a respectful, open-minded, and kind person to rent my room.

Minimum short-term stay of 6 nights, though priority will be given to those who can stay throughout the 2-4 week period.

One-time cleaning fee of $75.
