Room in large 2-floor apartment

Two cute girls in their mid and late 20s are looking for a quiet, clean, and considerate person to join our spacious 2-story, 4-room apartment on August 1! We live on the border of prospect heights and crown heights, just below Clinton hill. M is a 28 year old social worker. B is a 25 year old working in film.

We live on a relatively quiet street and a 7 min walk to the Clinton-Washington C. It’s only a 15-20 minute walk to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the main branch of the Brooklyn Library. We are nearby many restaurants, bars, cafes, and grocery stores on Washington, Vanderbilt, Franklin, Classon, and Fulton.

Your bedroom has exposed brick and nice windows with a view of the buildings backyard. We have a spare room in the house that serves as a common room and we are looking forward to revamping it with a new housemate. We also have another huge common space downstairs. Laundry in the building! The building has a great rooftop, furnished and with lights. We have a dishwasher.

We value self-awareness, shared responsibility, and open communication. We are seeking someone who is stable, glad to take part in upkeep of the apartment, and wants to have a quiet and calm living environment. No pets.
