Spacious Apartment with Private Backyard

My roommate is moving out on July 15th, I am looking for someone to fill the space.

I am a laid back 26 year old man, I spend a lot of my time hanging out with friends and going to the park with my dog Ruby! She is a 35ish pound Shepard mix that loves everyone and everything (okay she doesn't love fireworks).

I love sports, and work for fanduel in creative operations (huge knicks fan). I am very 420 friendly and enjoy an occasional beer as much as the next guy. I dont do any other drugs but couldnt care less if you do. I work from home most of the time and am a pretty social guy but also like to take some time for myself.

The apartment is pretty large with a basement ive converted into a living room and fitness area (treadmill & dumbells). We also have a private backyard that I have built a garden in and furnished. Perfect for BBQ as I got a large smoker out there!

Rent is 1625 and the apartment is less than a 3 minute walk to the Nostrand avenue A/C train which will have you in manhattan in about 20 minutes.
