Hi we’re Randie and Sam, Two young people who have enjoyed living in this apartment so much, we’ve decided to renew our lease. The room is available end of July, rent will be $1,216 for the room. The room will be unfurnished or furnished. You will be added on to our lease.
Across from the apartment is Herbert Von King park, and the G is less than a 10 minute walk away; not to mention there are so many bus stops feet away, transportation is not an issue. We have rooftop access (nothing bougie, but we’ve thrown some successful parties) and laundry in the basement. We have a very chill mindset when it comes to expectations about the apartment. We are social, we like to have people over, but we also like to respect the space and keep it tidy. Hopefully we can find a third roommate who agrees with these standards 🙂
