Need roommate asap Third At bankside

Hey my name is Eyleen and I’m looking for a clean and reliable roommate. The room is $1295. The insurance is $5.58 per person. New apartment. The light bill is separate. We all split the light bill evenly into three. The unit comes with a wash and dryer and a dish washer. Comes with a free 55 inch TV in the room. A/c& heat/ central air in unit. Amenities are in the building such as a gym that’s 24 hrs, outdoor pool and two outdoor grills. 4 lounges and two of them have a built in kitchen. Outdoor lounge/Terrace across from the pool. A game room with a pool table and more. Rent is always due on the first of the month. It’s me and another girl that lives here. We stay to ourselves and respect everyone’s personal space. We don’t care if you smoke just not in the apartment due to rules and regulations of the building. We would be sharing a bathroom because my other roommate has her own bathroom in her room. All I would say is please clean up after yourself and respect the apartment. Must be on lease however, if at any time you want to leave, we would just sign you off and it would be no issue. If you are interested and end up wanting to room here there is a $20 application fee must have great credit and a great source of income.
