Looking for a roomie- 2bed, 2 bath

Hi! My name is Mark and I'm currently looking for someone to take over my current roommate's part of the lease, as he accepted a job offer in Chicago and will be moving.

The room I'm looking to fill is the master bedroom, is pretty spacious, very clean and modern, has it's own bathroom and walk-in closet attached. Large kitchen and living room, and there is a balcony off the living room. There is a washer and dryer in unit.

In the pics, the furniture and everything in the room will be leaving. In the video, we took that before anyone moved in so I do have living room furniture and stuff!

About me: I'm 24, I work in residential hospitality (and might pick up a side gig serving soon!). I'm really fun and chill and have made lifelong friendships with many of my past roommates (although that's not a requirement for living with me haha). I have a tiny dog named Riley who is also pretty chill and goes with me to most places. I'm fairly clean and very easy to get along with.

Casual 420 user but typically don't party or drink at all. Although if you are into that sort of thing, we are within walking distance of mill ave!

I'm looking for someone who is responsible, easy to get along with, pet friendly and kind. If it works out, I'm down to extend lease/continue being roomies!
