Renter would have their own bedroom with private attached bathroom.

Room is located on the 2nd floor and is opposite the owner with the in-unit W/D between us.
Kitchen, and main living room on bottom floor are a shared space.

There is currently 1 Goldendoodle (dog) who live full time in the house.

Parking - x1 garage space for a car or small truck (nothing bigger than a short bed Tacoma)
Parking for a bigger vehicle or guests is street parking.

Utilities are included in the rent and paid by the owner.
