Eclectic Town House In Central Phoenix!

Cute and cozy, centrally located 1102 Sq feet townhouse, with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath with a huge, paved backyard to share with another female. Read that again, please. I am looking to share my home with a single FEMALE.

I am in search of a short term housemate that is employed and does not work from home.

The bedroom is 15 x 11.5 and has a large closet. While we share the bathroom upstairs it is quite large and there is plenty of room for your things. There is also a half bathroom downstairs.

Please don't bring anymore furniture as there is no additional storage available. I am looking for a female that is traveling light and needing a safe, clean and quiet place to stay.

There is a pool in the complex and most of the time you have it to yourself.

My 8 year old female Frenchie lives here and while she loves humans she hates all other animals. Please no pets.

While I have a nice kitchen and all the basic supplies I am not much of a cook and don't have any fancy cooking gadgets but never fear! I have an air fryer and I make a mean pour over cup of coffee!

This is a great neighborhood and the grocery store is 5 minutes away, there are several gyms near by including my favorite Crossfit box. There are some yummy restaurants 5 minutes away - Vigo, Timo's and Sushi My Friend.

Located in Central North Phoenix – my place is 20 minutes to downtown Phoenix, close to 51 and 17. Sky Harbor is 20 minutes away.
