Spacious bedroom with ensuite bath

The property is a 2-story, 2 Bed/3.5 Bath in the lovely Vistancia neighborhood in Peoria. The room is a large, spacious furnished bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and dual closets. The room includes a king-sized bed (with bedding if needed), a small desk and dresser, a laundry basket, and hangers for the closets. In-home washer and dryer are available upstairs. The bathroom can be stocked with towels if needed. Internet, water, and electricity are all included in the rent. One garage parking spot is available. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There are plenty of trails around for walking or biking. There is a neighborhood pool as well as the Vistancia Mountain Vista Club. The house is 3-5 minutes from Safeway, Walgreens, Chipotle, Subway, Circle K, and my favorite coffee place NW Coffee. Unfortunately not open to other pets. I have 2 cats who are great with people but don’t get along well with other animals.
My name is Kristin, and I am the owner of the house. I have 2 cats named Kumi and Kuiil. I am a surgical veterinary technician and work 4 days a week with occasional on-call shifts. I wake up early on work days but like to sleep in on my days off and I am generally more of a night owl. I usually enjoy hanging out at home and binge-watching Netflix or playing online games with my friends in my free time.
