Looking for a roommate in Laveen, AZ. Must have current two weeks paystubs, female renter preferred, The room will be unfurnished but does have a Samsung Smart TV mounted on the wall. No illicit or illegal drug use, marijuana friendly, non smoker preferred but if you do smoke, it has to be outside. Felon friendly depending on type of conviction. You will share one bathroom with my other female roommate but will have access to a half bath shown in the photos. You will have parking in the main garage. Full access to kitchen and laundry room. Must have full time employment. 6 month lease agreement preferred. 3 months is the minimum. Available move in July 1st. $200 deposit, rent is $750, utilities and internet included.
