Great house in Estrella Goodyear

All the rooms have a good size with, there's 1 room large room left and the master is available if requested. House has modern furniture throughout the residence. On top of a mountain with 3 minute drive to Estrella Goodyear lake and clubhouse which you will also get access. Great hike routes throught the community if you love going on runs. The next nearest park has it's own cafe/coffee restaurant. House has water softener system for healthier living options. Will get access to park in the garage with garage remotes. Moderne new kitchen and huge upstairs & downstairs living room. Big back yard for family gatherings or family parties. I usually work but I'll respond to and question that arise, I'm really great person to get along with. Will solve any issues the house needs but it's practically a new house so everything will & should work properly. You will loving living in this community! Call me anytime for a visit
