A re you looking for a vibrant and friendly living environment? We have a room available in our cozy, fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house leased by a couple, and sublet to two (plus you) roommates. Our home is known for its eclectic charm, cleanliness, and productive atmosphere. You’re invited to join us in our two common spaces, plus our furnished back porch for work, relaxation, and play. Conveniently located in a safe neighborhood just south of the Biltmore area, and about a 15 minute drive from downtown Phoenix. There are also several great amenities in walking distance, including bars, restaurants, a record store, and a vintage furniture shop. Household amenities include washer, dryer, grill, outdoor fire pit, stainless steel appliances, and more. The lease holders maintain front and backyard, and other household duties are split among roommates (recycling, cleaning up after yourself, etc.). The approximately 15“ x 12“ bedroom is vacant and unfurnished, but a twin-size day bed with a trundle, which can convert to a king-size bed, is available if preferred. The three roommates (including you) share the hallway bathroom. The bedroom has two closest, one ideal for clothes, the other ideal for storage. There’s two windows in the bedroom, allowing nice natural light to flow into the room, however the trees in the front yard also provide shade and privacy.
