Large Room + private bath wanted
I’m a PhD student (with income) at Harvard and my husbands a technical writer. ISO a large room + private bath. Very LGBTQ and BIPOC friendly. We have a very social and clean ESA cat who is an exception to landlord no pet policies due to his ESA status if you like him. We want to downsize to travel more. I am available to move around July to September and have a budget of up to $2,000/month. The kitty keeps himself very clean and doesn’t potty outside the litter box. He’ll stay in our area unless you’d like to invite him to hang out!
Were very live and let live/accepting of people and we love to laugh. We’re usually quiet and very neat. I may play the relaxing harp and sometimes sing only during non-quiet hours of course. We rarely have overnight guests and don’t have visitors often. I make fancy cakes and enjoy sharing! We’re vegetarian but we do not care at all if you’re not vegetarian and we enjoy trying new things and love to sometimes share food we’ve made :)
