Looking for a place to stay

My sister and I are both looking for a place to stay. We are in our late 30's and through some curveball thrown at us by life we have ended up in a motel wasting every cent we earn just to keep a roof over our heads. My mother passed away, following which my baby brother OD'd and then my daughter (the only grandchild in family) passed away at 11 years old from something called "SUDS" Sudden Unexpected Death Syndrome. My father cracked from the pressure and lost the house we all lived in. My sister and I lived in my car until I found this motel. Luckily I found a job right next door as someone crashed into my car and totalled it. When it rains it pours I guess. We have money, we can pay, I have a decent credit score and I think she does also. We are quiet, clean and keep to ourselves. We don't party we don't make a nuisance of ourselves we just want a place we can be proud of and to call our own. We are desperate so all we are looking for in a roomate is someone who can pay the rent. Gender does not matter nor does anything else really.
