Unfurnished room wanted in coastal San Diego

I am a chemical engineer, who owns a small product development company in San Diego. My son recently flew the nest, so I bought a camper and moved to horse country last year in preparation for applying to be part of the NASA Mars simulation 2 which starts next year. I am still being considered, so I likely will need a month to month or 6 month lease, just in case I'm headed to Johnson Space Center.

I really miss being closer to the ocean, so i am looking for anything in the county that is 15 minutes or so from the beach. I need a medium or larger room, as I have furnishings in storage currently, and a rescue pet rabbit who will share my space with me. Dwyane Wade is almost 8 years old ( rabbits live 8-12), and a sweet sweet boy with free fertilizer for your garden. He rarely chews anything or misses his litterbox. We prefer wood floors to carpet, as he has his own rugs he uses to run around the room. He is the quietest pet on the planet.

I generally will work from home about half of the time but stay in my room. The other half of the time, I'm meeting with clients or in my coworking office space working on projects. For fun, I'm a huge gardener, and can make my own wine and such. If it's science related, I probably have tried it. I love all animals (especially doggos) and will keep bunny secluded from any other housepets. I'm clean but not a neat freak, but I very much respect common areas and other people's things. I am happy to be with any gender and am an ally for LGBTQIA. I rarely have people over and enjoy a fairly quiet household. Please message me if you think we would be a good fit.
