Looking for an apt studio to rent or sharing

Hi Folks,

My name is Jean Carlos and I describe myself as an easy going, consider, neat, clean, respectful and educated person.

I am working in the meantime in the Hospitality industry and coming soon will be re-taking my studies (master or certification program).

I would like to rent an apt studio for myself (budget is up to $1,400 a month) but, I am open to share an apt with another roommate who can live with a low profile a very respectful gay man.

I have good credit score and good references from my current residential lease agreement (2 years in Midtown East Manhattan, NY).

I am a long term person oriented, who also likes stability in all senses (relationship & work).
