Hi, I'm Sam! 29-year-old single woman with two ESA (emotional support animal) cats. I work remotely for a marketing company and will be moving from New York. Currently, I'm on the lookout for a long-term private room for rent on the west side of L. A. My budget caps at $1,750. My ideal situation would be to team up with 1 or 2 other female roommate(s) of similar age within a 2 bed/2 bath or 3 bed/3 bath.

My preferences inlude parking availability, proximity to water, and an in-unit washer/dryer.

About me: I'm an introverted extrovert who values cleanliness and communication. While I appreciate time on my own and respect boundaries that come with a co-living situation, l'd also love to be friends! I enjoy staying active with activities like yoga, pilates, dance, and barre. Exploring new restaurants, trying new activities, spending time at the beach, going to concerts, having wine-nights in, and having TV show marathons with my kitties are some of my favorite things.

I am in the area exploring places and meeting potential roommates currently until July 7. My goal is to finalize my living situation during this time frame for an official move-in at the beginning of August.
