Aussies studying at Pace Uni

We're a professional married couple looking for a quiet peaceful home close to Pace Uni.

We'd prefer a place on a lower floor or with an elevator, love to have natural light and prefer minimal clutter with a bit of space (if possible!). It has to be fully furnished as we're bringing nothing with us from Australia.

She's an artist/writer/PhD student, he's a musician/counsellor specialising in Youth Mental Health, and both have a wealth of life experiences. We love good conversation and fine food but need heaps of alone-time to study during our Manhattan adventure.
