Seeking a flat in NYC from End of July with a convenient commute to work—ideally in Upper East Side, Greenpoint/Williamsburg, Lower East Side, West Village, Soho, or Chelsea. I'm a driven professional looking for a healthy living environment with clean, respectful flatmates (2-3 bedrooms preferred). I'm looking for a decent large room with preferable my private bathroom. I don’t smoke and am committed to staying active with daily workouts (important). I will be committed as well to bring positive energy and humor to the flat, even after a tough day :-). Complaining isn’t my style — let’s keep the vibes upbeat and the living space welcoming!
