Looking for a room, basement or small studio

Hello!

I am a 47 years old female. I work fulltime 40+hours/week Mon-Fri as a PA/Caregiver for an elderly lady and as well as a PA to her daughter who lives abroad. I became a trusted family member and have been working for them for the past 3 years. I take care of everything from cooking, cleaning to overlooking agencies and everything administrative, finances, insurance related. On the side, I am also an online premium consignment seller.

I do have a verification of employment letter as well as a referral/reference letters from my employer, former landlords & roommates and friends.

I am looking for a (small) studio/apartment.
As a tenant (I have verifiable references to check),
I am honest, pay my rent always on time, respectful & considerate, easy going & I don’t have problems to follow rules, great communicator, helpful, a smile is never far away, I like to keep a clean house & love to make it a cozy home.

A little more about myself:
I am single lady and don’t have any children.
I don’t take myself too seriously and can laugh at my self and my little ways of doing things. My friends often joke that my refrigerator is more sterile than a hospital. I like things clean:)
I am a kitchen princess but love to explore food places as well!
Dance & music were my first loves and always in to discover some good music!
I like a good time but don’t bring the party home or play loud music.
I am a news fanatic and always interested to know what’s happening in the world!
I don’t smoke nor do I do ANY drugs.
I don’t have any pets.
