Clean, Respectable, & Considerate

Hello there!

My name is Elizabeth, and I'm a Christian conservative woman in my early 40s. I will be moving from California to Charleston, SC, at the beginning of next year to begin my Master's Program at CofC in Theatre Education. I’m looking for a large room with my own private bathroom and access to all areas in a bright, beautiful, clean house. My budget is $800 max, with all utilities included.

I don't drink, smoke, or do drugs. I like to cook, and I always clean up after myself. I can be very social and outgoing; however, I am also a bit of an introvert, so I also value my privacy and alone time while at home to recharge from the day. I will be working fully remotely M-F 9-6 until July 2025 and then will be very busy with my program after that, so I am looking for a semi-quiet place where I can have my privacy and come and go as I please.

I can supply excellent references upon request and will be glad to meet with you via Zoom. I visited Charleston in April in preparation for the move so I’m vaguely familiar with some of the areas.

I'm just a very genuine, thoughtful, and kind person. I've always been told I’m funny, so hopefully, that’s a bonus!
