i just moved 6 months ago after being homeless and the people I'm renting from are looking to sell their house by August 30th. i don't care if you're male or female. I'm not loud and keep to myself, i always pay on time i also don't really bother anyone.
i don't drive so walking is my main way of transportation.
and to Anyone looking to rent their room out to me, I'm sorry but my budget is $1000 dollars only in Santa clarita. and for anything outside of san Fernando or Burbank i won't go any higher than $850. i appreciate you offering it to me, but I'm not willing to pay more than $1000 a month outside of Santa Clarita.
