Clean, Quiet, Sane, Friendly New To Utah Woman!

Hi!

I’m looking to share an apartment short term; possibly August-December (flexible to stay longer for the right fit).

I don’t smoke or use drugs, and I drink socially. I don’t have any pets or odd living habits.

I’m a laid back girl who loves peace and quiet and a clean home with no chaos. I’m currently building a mental health & wellness nonprofit, so when I’m home and not traveling, I’m glued to my laptop. However, I am social and easy-going.

I’m not the type to have guests or sleepovers; but not open to that being a restriction either. I’m looking to share a place and not just rent a room. We’re splitting things. I'm new to Utah, so I don't know anyone.

I’ve worked in Music & TV for several years, and I enjoy going for walks, reading, mastering new skills online, and watching the ID and travel channel in my spare/down time. :)

I’m looking to share an apartment with a compatible roommate in a clean, quiet, safe, secured building that’s near shopping and public transportation as I don't have a car. I'm not looking for a party house or someone with frequent guests/unofficial spouse roommate.

Most may say this, but I am the ideal roommate and if the tables were turned, I’d love to come across someone like myself to share a space with.

I just need the ideal place for a few months while I transition from New York to Utah.

I am allergic to some cats. I’d have to visit to see if I am. If we sound compatible, feel free to reach out to me. Oh, I am vaccinated and boosted.
