Includes electric, high speed internet (faster and more reliable than Verizon Fios), furniture, access to all appliances (Electric range, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and more) all in a secluded house on 2 acres of land with quiet/friendly neighbors. Bedroom includes pillow, queen size pillow top mattress, box spring, bedsheets/duvet and a 48”Sony TV. You’re welcome to bring a dresser or bed frame with you and I can help unload/set up with you. I’m happy to supply towels, hand soap, tide pods/softener, etc. as well.
House is about 45 minutes from Short Pump and Midlothian.
I built this house 3 years ago and take excellent care of it. I am quiet, clean, friendly, and respectful looking for the same in a roommate. I have two well behaved Pomeranians (last pic) who love people too!
