Townhouse Room in Sugar Land

Hello there!

I recently moved from the Gulf Coast of Florida to Texas and began renting a townhouse in a community of townhouses and condos. As a speech-language pathologist and Catholic Christian, I am searching for a Christian female roommate who is comfortable around cats (and a desert lizard) to occupy the spare unfurnished bedroom. (You would be welcome to use while searching for furniture). There is a small patio with a table in addition to a community pool and patio. Located with in 5 minutes of I-69, the Town Center (indoor shopping mall), and CityWalk/Town Square, it offers both tranquility and quick, convenient access to a myriad of restaurants, stores, businesses, athletic centers, churches, the post office, local library, and a full-fledged ice skating rink (the latter three of which are less than a mile away).
