I’m a 31-year old female looking for a respectful and responsible FEMALE roommate to rent out my spare bedroom. I also have 2 dogs, Bellah & Frankie, who are extremely laid back. The bedroom has a key lock on the room door, is unfurnished and has high ceilings. You also have a private bathroom and parking spot in the garage. My house is gated and located in a safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood. There is also a community pool you will have access to. Shared amenities include use of the living room, kitchen, washer/dryer, backyard, and patio.
Very convenient location - just minutes away from US-75, George Bush Tollway (190), mall, shopping center, grocery stores, and fast food restaurants.

Rent is $850 and includes all utilities (electricity, water, gas), internet, and TV (youtubeTV, Netflix, HBO max, Hulu, Prime).

If interested I will require a completed rental application, request referrals, proof of income, and authorization for a background check. Security deposit of $850 is required and refundable.

*Currently, the internet modem & router are in the spare bedroom (as seen in photos). Spectrum is coming to the house to re-wire and move to a common area this week.
