I'm hoping to find someone who is respectful/communicative, clean (our roommates and I have a weekly schedule for the common area and I like to keep the bathroom extra-tidy) and appreciates quiet-time (we all try and use headphones/earphones as much as possible), especially at night. Your bedroom will be unfurnished so you'll have your own furniture

Wants to be close to Manhattan but away from the chaos (we are only one stop away from Grand Central!), appreciates a fantastic view, values cleanliness, enjoys Asian food (lots of options around), wants to be in a super new building with great amenities, and live in a safe neighborhood.
