Available first week in March. The basement has a bedroom with a private bath and living room and there are shared amenities. The new renter must love cats (no other pets accepted), keep things clean, and be open to a multicultural environment.

The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, with A robot vacuum and washer and dryer. The renter has access to cookware and dishes but must clean up after themselves. So no need to bring your dishes or cookware.

Utilities are included in the rent. Garage space is available and the lease is 1 year.

There is a park across the street with access to bike paths. All types of retail and restaurants are within a 5-mile radius. Couples may be considered with an additional rent increase. NO DRUG use whatsoever.
