ROOM: room isn't super big but in nice location has good closet
This room is available to rent for a 3 month minimum and up to at least next July 2025. This room is unfurnished with your own closet. You will only share the bathroom with guests so it is yours 80% of the time. If you want to have the room furnished I do have some furniture we can use. Parking is free and is street parking only though. 1300 includes gas, water, electricity and WIFI and your own private bedroom. The rest of the house is fully furnished and you are welcome to enjoy watching the 75 inch flat screen TV, play with my very friendly dog and enjoy the chairs and dishes etc. We can work out the shared kitchen details. PROS: -About the area is it is very close to downtown Mundelein and Vernon Hills -it is in a very safe area. -the neighbors are all very nice absolutely no smoking is allowed and not looking for someone who smokes to live here -looking for a female roommate -dogs may potentially be allowed if your dog can get along with my dog and only 1 dog maximum you must be able to climb stairs to use this town house amenities are a small park snow plowing and lawn mowing trash and recycling you would be eligible to park district discounts as well such as the gym if interested in hearing more about those let me know visitors are allowed and we have a visitor policy which I can send to anyone who is a serious candidate A good roommate would be someone who is clean and likes dishes to be gone from sink. I work from home so if you don’t have a car and need rides to the train station or something else let me know (locally)

About the roomies
in my late 20s, female, into hiking spends a lot of time out doors, very creative, i work from home in living room so must be okay with hearing me talk during day, must be okay with a very friendly 3 year old dog, must not have a lot of things… you can fill the room as much as you want but must not want to bring any furniture as for kitchen supplies i already have a ton of stuff but really the house is well stocked with furniture table etc
