large apartment, me and my boyfriend share the primary bedroom so the other spare room is currently used for extra storage, which means the bathroom will be completely private. there is street or complex parking, and the option to add a garage. my boyfriend and i are both 19 and we both work a lot, we are 420 friendly but not big partiers, i don't ever have more than 3 friends over at a time. my childhood cat lives with us as well, she's 12 and very friendly she just doesn't get along with other animals, which is why no pets are allowed. rent includes all utilities except power.
