About the Home:

You'll have exclusive use of a large room with a full bathroom and off-street gated/covered parking.

One room (approximately 12 ft x 13 ft ) comes fully furnished with a cozy bed, bedding, large TV equipped with Netflix for $1350 per month. The unfinished room is $1,250 (approximately 10 1/2 ft x 12 ft) and if you want both rooms $1,600

Common areas: You'll have full access to the living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, in-home gym, and the beautiful backyard with a pool .

Amenities: High Speed Internet, Netflix, Monthly professional cleaning service, bottled water delivery, and storage space.

Applicants must have a verified income, no evictions, and credit score of at least 700 .

I'm a retired individual who enjoys a drama-free lifestyle. I have a friendly cats and am open to having a roommate with a cat, provided they get along. I'm 420 friendly and value mutual respect and consideration.
