Tenant will have private bedroom, use of the living room & dining room for study, etc., private bath & private entrance. I stay mostly on my side of the house. Laundry on site. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Quiet area in El Sereno at Huntington Drive & Eastern near USC, CSLA, Art Center College of Design-S. Campus and downtown LA & Pasadena. 20% of utilities. Single person only. Furnished w/queen bed, 2 night tables and lamps, 2 dressers , a mirror and a TV & desk if you need them. Sheets, blankets, and towels are NOT provided.
