You will have access to the full house (kitchen, laundry, living room, etc. and a beautifully landscaped yard with 2 rockscape/pond fountains AND outdoor grill and gazebo.

The bedroom for rent on the 1st floor (11x11' room) is $700/ month. It is furnished, with a full-size bed and a typical closet. Adjacent to the room is your private full bathroom with 2 sinks, shower and tub. Sorry, no pics right now.
The bedroom for rent on the 2nd floor is extra large (11' x 18') and is $1200/month. (SEE PICS) This room is best-suited for a couple. There is a 2nd room (11x11) beside the large bedroom which is perfect for a couple with a child and it can be rented for a small charge. These rooms share a nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower/tub.
Note: the small room upstairs can NOT be rented by itself.
